We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any more. He said he necessary time apart and did not wish to tell her where he was going. He took a huge quantity of dollars out of their joint bank account which he stated he necessary to set himself up in a new place to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have an additional woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could support as we had helped her in the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just following he had left our client.
We had been able to provide our client with all of the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been getting an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
